SoftwareMice LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; (c) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as expressly permitted; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on it; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service or its content.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Finnhub, Twelve Data, Google Gemini, Resend, and Vercel). SoftwareMice LLC does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these providers, and your use of their data may be subject to their own terms.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. SoftwareMice LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftwareMice LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
